Registration for the 2022-2023 School Year
Early registration at the school will run from Tuesday, 8/30/2022, through Thursday, 9/1/2022, between the hours of 9 am and 12 pm. Ongoing registration will then resume on Tuesday, 9/6/2022, between the hours of 9 am and 2 pm.
Linked below are the forms you will be asked to complete, as well as the documentation that you must bring with you. All forms will be available at the school, or you may print and complete the forms in advance.
Please note that you will be asked for the following documentation:
Proof of your child’s age (i.e., child’s birth certificate, passport, etc.)
Your child’s immunization records
Your child’s last report card/transcript
Two proofs of address (examples can be found on the first page of the registration documents).
